Profile- Customer Support Executive
Location:- Ahemdabad
Work Mode:- Work form Office (Morning & Evening Shifts) (No Night shift)
Experience :- 1 to 4 Years
Notice:- Immediate to 15 Days

• Candidate should be Graduate.
• Attending calls related to Customer Quary, Inquary and complaint.
• Attendinc calls related application issues,staff related issues etc.
• Responsible for resolving customer problem in effective manner.
• Should have expericne with call support with Indian customers.
• Should know Gujrati, Hindi and English.
• Verification and Validation of the complaints received by users via call.
• Activities related to IMS controller.
• Handling WhatsApp account and solving complaints and issues raised by the commuters.
• Experience in Smart City Projects or transit related IT shall be preferred.
