Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter in Kanpur. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with recruitment and hiring including but not limited to customer service, communication, and recruiting. Qualifications Experience in healthcare staffing and recruiting . Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field Experience with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and MSP/VMS Contingency Programs is a plus Experience with resume sourcing is a plus
