Title: Manager-US Medical Billing Location: Noida Company Profile: Offshore Financial Advisory firm catering to the needs of small and mid-size companies. Qualicentric assists clients with Financial Modelling, Fundraising, Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Reporting, MIS reporting, and accounting activities. Most of our clients are US-based along with presence in other countries like UK & India. Job Brief: To be successful as Manager-AR, candidates should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. They should also have a thorough understanding of denial and rejection management, medical billing codes, insurance regulations, and healthcare laws. Key Responsibilities: Manage all facets of professional billing revenue cycle processes Planning and managing the unit's operations and ensuring its success as a profit center Training the team and developing operating processes & systems to. deliver outstanding client services Innovate to optimize production and constantly improve Production, Quality, and Turnaround Time Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations, healthcare laws, and medical billing codes to ensure compliance with industry standards Preparing and submitting medical claims to insurance companies and other payers on behalf of healthcare providers Ensuring that medical claims are accurate and complete, including verifying patient and insurance information, and applying appropriate billing codes Following up on unpaid or denied claims, investigating the reasons for denial or rejection, and resolving any issues or errors in the claim Communicating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients regarding claim status, coverage, and payment issues Maintaining accurate and organized billing records and reports Responding to patient inquiries and concerns regarding billing and insurance coverage Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team, such as physicians and nurses, to ensure proper billing and coding practices Qualifications: Ready to work from office. Should be willing to work in US shift. Experience in AdvancedMD. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, accounting, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical billing and coding. Team Handling Experience. Strong understanding of medical billing procedures and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in using medical billing software and electronic medical records systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of CPT and ICD. Certification in medical billing and coding is a plus
