- To drive Financial Planning , Financial Analysis , Costing , MIS , Budgeting functions in accordance with the statutory requirements and corporate policies and procedures To maintain the company s financial health and increase profitability in the long run
- To drive financial strategies and framework that will improve the organizations financial strength and grow the shareholder s wealth. To lead the investment decisions that ensure business continuity , sustainability and growth To lead preparation of quarterly forecasts , annual budgets , monthly analysis , and quarterly operating reviews through timely and accurate MIS To review financials across all operating locations , provide early warning signals and assist the CFO in development of appropriate mitigation mechanisms. To lead the process of financial due diligence for M&A / partnership initiatives and assist in financial analysis of proposals tabled before the Strategic Planning Group / capex proposals tabled before the Management To liaise with the Head , Risk Management and Internal Audit , to ensure comprehensive coverage of financial risks across Solara operating locations and ensure completion of risk mitigation initiatives for the department To liaise with the Head , Business Development and Marketing and SLC members to understand market movements and contribute to development of business plans through projections / trend analysis To establish risk control systems / measures and internal controls that support the organization to achieve its vision To oversee cost accounting of inventory to ensure compliance with defined controls and provide inputs for business planning To assist in smooth conduct of internal / external audits by providing timely information as per requirements To finalize templates for project costing and liaise with department heads to periodically review effort- cost and activity complexity- cost associations; communicate rationale for project costing to concerned Heads of Departments
- Excellent understanding of financial management , planning budgeting Excellent analytical and data management / mining skills Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry processes and interdependencies
- Good communication and presentation skills Solid analytical and decision making skills Leadership abilities Working knowledge of specialized IT tools for analysis , reporting and presentation
- Experience in manufacturing and worked in SAP system
