Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. (fabrication company)
Eligibility Criteria at least min 15 years
Job Location Rajkot
Remuneration Up to 20 LPA

We are seeking a General Manager to lead our aluminium window fabrication company with a focus on efficiency and lean operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing manufacturing operations, implementing best practices, and ensuring quality control.
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including production, inventory management, quality control, safety, employee development, purchasing, and installation

Some Key Responsibilities would be as follows:
Develop and implement lean manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the company's performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Manage production schedules and inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products.
Hire, train, and manage employees, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and improve productivity.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize profitability.
Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and supplies.
Oversee the purchasing of raw materials, equipment, and supplies.
Manage the installation of window products and coordinate installation schedules
Collaborate with engineering and research and development teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.

Interpersonal Skills / Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing or fabrication company.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Extensive experience in lean manufacturing practices, quality control, and inventory management.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
