Job Description
- Handling end to end recruitment
- Design and updating job descriptions
- Advertise job openings on various platforms.
- Source potential candidates from various online channels and portals
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application form
- Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Follow up and answer queries during the selection process.
