Job Description

Profile: Customer Service Executive 

Location: Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for all activities pertaining to do calling & follow up with the patients, scheduling their appointments with the doctors.
• Further you will be required to also do all the other related task assigned by your superior and the Company's Management.
• You shall abide by the terms of this Agreement and the Company's rules and byelaws whilst you are in the employment of the Company.

Working hour: 10 AM To 7 PM.(Mandatory working on weekends, Rotational week off & 6 days working).
Kindly note: Personal phones are not allowed during the working hour.
