Zuora Developer
Minimum 1-7 year of experience working on Salesforce - Zuora applications configurations, customizations and support
Experience working on Salesforce org for any module (Sales/Service/Marketing/CPQ/ Community etc.) will be an added advantage
Ability to design and deliver complex software solutions
Experience with external application integration through SOAP and REST APIs
Demonstrated experience with Javascript, SQL, CSS, AJAX, and jQuery
Passion to work on large enterprise applications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Initiative, resourcefulness and the ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-cultural team environment
Willingness to work atleast in afternoon shift starting from 2:00pm to 10:30pm. If candidate is ready for rotational afternoon or night shift, it will be a big plus
Compatibility to work in 24/7 project operations
Should be comfortable for doing weekend on-call support as per rotation roaster decided by Client s reporting manager
Should be comfortable public holiday working as per rotation roaster decided by Client s reporting manager. Extra billing as per CLIENT S policy will be applicable
Role, responsibilities, and expectations:
Design, Configure and build customized solutions in Zuora Billing and Salesforce CRM integration module
Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues
Utilize your expertise on improving the workflows
Contribute to architecture discussions/ decisions and help continuous improvements
Support in release management processes whenever needed
Partner with business users to define, document, and clarify business processes and requirements, and make recommendations for improvement
Ensure platform performance and quality
On Salesforce front, perform configuration changes using Salesforce lightening
Implement platform customizations
Be responsible and accountable for the projects, and work independently to fulfil their requirements
Provide great customer service for users across the organization in response to support requests
Execute change management processes
Mentor less experience team members
Contribute to success of Salesforce projects
Assist in design and implementation of other SFDC projects
Deliver within the SLAs
