Job Description

1. Experience: Previous experience in sales or business development within the aluminium doors and windows industry is highly desirable. Knowledge of the construction industry's products, market dynamics, and customer base is preferred.

2. Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of aluminium doors and windows, including their features, materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards is highly desirable. Familiarity with hardware components, glass options, and energy efficiency ratings is advantageous.

3. Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, with excellent communication in English, Gujarati and Hindi, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to identify customer needs, build relationships, and close sales effectively.

6. Market Awareness: Awareness of current market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the construction and building industry. Ability to analyse market data and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

7. Customer Focus: Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address customer concerns
