Responsibilities : B2B Corporate Partnerships Experience: 1-7 years of experience in B2B Sales, CSR Fundraising, or relevant sales profile Location: Chhattisgarh Preference will be given to immediate joiners only Qualifications: Graduate/PGDM/ MBA in sales or equivalent level. BSW/MSW with a fundraiser on CSR would be an added advantage. Selection Criteria: Must have experience in B2B sales and corporate client handling. Should know how to use CRM application (preferred). Should have good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Having experience in fundraising would be an added advantage. Having exposure to the development sector would be an added advantage. Exposure to government liasoning and institutional sales would be an added advantage. Key Responsibility Area: Compile and maintain a database of national and local donor organizations (national foundations, bilateral and. multilateral agencies, and private corporations offering donations). Create and pitch proposals/presentations to potential clients. Regularly monitor donor websites and identify and inform donor opportunities matching the work of the organization. Undertake online research build contacts with potential individual clients and raise funds for the activities of the organization. Maintain relationships with existing clients respond to their requests regularly and keep updating them about the work of the organization. To be available for free traveling across the district to conduct meetings with govt. officers, industry, and corporate clients. Proactively deepen existing donor relationships, identify new Donors" investors and client meetings, and do follow-up. Set fundraising/ revenue goals and develop strategies and plans to achieve them
