• Ensure that trade marketing plans integrate pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and revenue-maximizing promotional activities
• Manage trade marketing budgets efficiently, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives.

• MBA with 4 to 8 years of experience in sales. 3+ years of experience in the personal care industry as a sales executive.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Experience in trade/ shopper marketing/ trade marketing/ revenue management
