Job Description

:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who possesses excellent secondary research skills and can effectively coordinate with teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have to manage projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on leveraging secondary research to inform decision-making processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Execute project plans, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Secondary Research:

• Conduct thorough secondary research to gather relevant information, market trends, and best practices.
• Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform strategic decision-making.
• Provide regular reports and insights on sales and marketing performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Utilize research insights to identify opportunities and risks associated with the project.

Team Coordination:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to enhance overall project performance.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the project.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Proactively address and resolve issues to minimize project disruptions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
• Manage and exceed stakeholder expectations through effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 0-5 years of experience in education industry; Project Management certification is a plus.
• Experience in organizing and leading projects a plus.
• Strong secondary research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
