For The "Manager Planning" Position - RCS Responsible for following deliverables for Resin, Technical Fabric and Pultrusion business: Customer wise product wise margins Customer wise overdue and trend analysis Inventory trend and highlights Raw Material Yield trend and Waste Disposal tracking Conversion cost analysis and element wise highlights Customer claims Customer portfolio analysis (E.g. MCA financial retrieval and review of customer profitability on yearly basis) Inventory Trend Pricing working closely with P&C team in competition price movement MIS tracking Forecast vs actual analysis Quarterly forecast and Initiative tracking AOP formation assistance 2. Responsible for following deliverables for Filament Winding business: Plant Profitability Raw Material Yield trend and Waste Disposal tracking Conversion cost analysis and element wise highlights Customer claims Inventory Trend Pricing working closely with P&C team in competition price movement MIS tracking Manpower effectiveness trend Other initiatives: Work with IT team for IT projects which are presently as under (i) Filament winding Tank wise material consumption analysis report development (ii) RFQ Enhancement Project Phase 2 (iii) Vendavo Pricing Project implementation including Deal management (iv) WMB production logbook development.
