Job Description
:
Design, develop & manage the go-to-market plan for the business using a mix of marketing strategies and programs thematic campaigns, content marketing, and other digital marketing strategies.
Conceptualize and manage all digital marketing campaigns and be on the lookout for innovative customer acquisition and branding opportunities
Managing web content and rationalizing, optimizing, and overseeing the structure and content of our websites.
Complete website management and SEO (on-page and Off-page) for all group brands.
Drive an effective lead pipeline and manage the customer lifecycle for the businesses
Search Engine Marketing / Social Media Marketing creating effective campaigns on Google, Facebook (carousel ads, lead generation campaigns), and Instagram.
Oversee the production and maintenance of all sales materials, blogs, website, and social media posts
Social Media / SMS Marketing / WhatsApp Marketing calendar and send messages with strict adherence to the calendar.
Maintain strategic market & competitive intelligence - continuously gain insights into customer behavior, untapped opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with the stakeholders to understand their priorities and expectations and keep them abreast with the latest developments pertaining to market, competition, and media.
Manage databases and maintain timely MIS, reviews, and dashboards
Skills required
Experience of 4+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role.
Background in website creation/management, SEO, lead generation campaigns, and digital/new age marketing
Must possess exemplary interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills as well as relationship building and networking skills
Be highly motivated, able to act independently, and possess process management skills
Should possess an analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
