Architect- Application Modernization Reporting Structure Reports to Portfolio Manager Education Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Management, masters degree in engineering/Management preferred Experience/ Qualifications 8 years experience in large-scale software development or application engineering with recent coding experience in two or more modern programming languages such as: Java, JavaScript, C/C++, C#, Swift, Node.js, Python, Go, or Ruby. 5+ years of experience on React JS library, Angular JS, Vue JS framework for front end development 5+ years of experience in multiple backend frameworks like Spring Boot, Python Flask, Python Django, Node JS, Express JS, PHP, Laravel, .Net. 5+ years design/implementation/consulting experience of distributed applications 5+ years experience with cloud application architecture, infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking Experience in Banking domain/Business Intelligence/SAP /ERP solution implementation. is preferred. Industry Preferably from a Technology, ITES, Shared Services or Banking organization Responsibilities Engage with customer and quickly understand the requirement, scope of work and the solution required. Leading the application team from concept, solution design to execution/launch and ensure application fully serves the need for customer. Provide technical leadership to different projects and work as an SME in multiple projects. Prepare technical implementation plans, migration plans, and coordinate with different teams on execution. Continually research, test and investigate new technologies, methods, and integration of emerging technologies into projects. Responding to RFP/RFI, providing technical solution, developing POC, providing estimation, statement of work, risks. Escalate issues and risks and proactively takes ownership for resolution. Track the SLA Performance and other associated project deliverables and provide regular status reporting to all levels of stakeholders while providing support. Share lessons learned and best practices across projects, building relationships with stakeholders at all levels Provide IT PMO with lessons learned and best practices related inputs. Provide timely, candid, and constructive performance feedback to direct reports. Develop direct reports to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities that enhance their career growth. Should be well versed on the MS Word/Excel/PPT Certifications Relevant certifications will be an added advantage Employment Type All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five years, extendable by mutual consent Remunerations & Perks On Par with Industry Standards Location JuiNagar Navi Mumbai
