Job Description

Work location: Sector 44, Gurgaon; work from office only Key Skills: 1. Handling all kind of Taxation Payment, Returns, Assessment Like VAT (for Delhi, UP, Punjab, Telangana, Etc.) GST, TDS, PF, ESI of the Company 2. Reconciliations of Taxes like TDS, VAT, GST etc. at Pan India Level 3. Knowledge of book keeping of Accounts in Tally and generating different MIS as required time to time. 5. Responsible for doing timely compliance for all Tax regulatory in all States. 6. Close coordination with all State Accountants for timely getting the required inputs 7. Getting all kind of Tax assessments done time to time as and when it is required. 8. Knowledge of Tax audit 9. Knowledge of applying and getting issued C forms, & F Forms state wise 10. Proficient in closing of Books & Scrutiny of Trail 11. Knowledge of Various MIS Like Contribution MIS, Revenue MIS, Liability Schedule, Debtors & Creditors Ageing, ETC. 12. Knowledge for approving a bill & checking the relevant documents. like PI,PO, LR, GR, Quotation Tax Invoice, Pre Approvals etc. 13. Reconciliation of Sundry Creditors Accounts 14. Handling the matters related to Sundry Creditors 15. Managing Bill discounting from Third Party Requirements: 1.Proven experience in handling independently the Accounts and Taxation work. 2.Experience required of 5 years or more. 3.In-depth knowledge of working with the Govt. Tax Department. 4.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point Outlook, and Government sites). 5. Knowledge of working in Tally. 6.Management and leadership skills. 7.Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. 8.Highly organized and detail oriented. 9.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
