Urgent Opening For Fit-out Engineer - Civil @ Knight Frank

Conducting kick off meetings with architect & with their contractors team while monitoring projects to ensure smooth execution as per specified standards & in compliance to legal requirements within predefined timelines.

Educate tenants about the fit-out procedures and milestones through introduction meetings.

Managed post fit-out work completion of unit/ floor, joint inspection of entire area.

Liaised with Architect of Record/ Engineer to solve technical Issues; modified premises (such as

electrical, plumbing civil etc.) of tenants, impacting the retail or commercial design.

Coordinated with MEP Engineers appointed by client or tenant to review and approve the fit-outs.

Attended periodic on-site meetings to identify process gaps, provide general design advice and feedback on construction progress while updated the client through regular reports including findings and recommendations.

Tracking alterations, modifications or deviation against the approved plan/ design and highlighting the same to architect/owner vendor and the client for immediate correction.

Ensuring proper protection of the common area property of the Base building like Facade, Wall Glass, Marble flooring, sprinklers & smoke detectors.
