Job Description: Position Overview: As a 3D Designer at [Company Name], you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and renderings that bring design concepts to life. Leveraging your expertise in AutoCAD and 3ds Max, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of design projects. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualization and Design: Interpret design concepts and create detailed 3D models and renderings using AutoCAD and 3ds Max. Collaborate with architects and designers to develop visually appealing and functional designs. Visualization: Generate realistic and visually compelling renderings that effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders. Produce animations or walkthroughs to showcase the spatial experience of the designs. Technical Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD to create accurate and precise 2D drawings and plans. Demonstrate advanced skills in 3ds Max for 3D modeling, texturing, lighting. and rendering. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other team members to integrate 3D designs into overall project plans. Provide support during the design development process, ensuring alignment with project goals. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality 3D models and renderings. Collaborate with project managers to align 3D designs with project timelines and requirements. Innovation and Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design software advancements. Implement new techniques and technologies to enhance the quality of 3D design deliverables. Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of 3D models and renderings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design specifications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Minimum of [X years] of experience as a 3D Designer, with a focus on AutoCAD and 3ds Max. Proven portfolio showcasing a range of 3D modeling and rendering projects. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max software.
