Job Description
Design, implement, and maintain the organization's IT environment, including physical infrastructure, software tools, and processes. Work with other IT professionals and stakeholders to ensure that the environment meets the needs of the organization. Managing Non-Prod Database servers and periodically data refresh from production. First level point of contact for all environment related issues/escalations. Manage the IT lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. Monitor and troubleshoot the IT environment issues.
