Designation: Senior Information & Technology Manager Job Location: Dadar, Mumbai Job Timing: 9 Hrs * 6 days a week (10.30am to 7.30pm) CTC: 12 LPA to 15 LPA Outline of the Job We are looking for a Senior IT Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems, Softwares (POS), Inventory Systems, and Merchandising. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our companys computing needs. Preference will be given to candidates from specifically retail sector. Responsibilities Manage information technology and computer systems Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations Ensure troubleshooting and maintaining the various modules of software like POS, Inventory System and Merchandising at stores level. Handling vendor management in terms of software and hardware Maintaining/Deploying/Analysing the surveillance systems: reviewing its further upgradation at stores/HO level Manage IT staff by recruiting. training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time Audit systems and assess their outcomes Preserve assets, information security and control structures Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management Competency Experience Education Knowledge Skills Minimum 5 Years of experience in a similar (Senior) role BS in Computer Sciences, technology or related fields Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems Familiarity with physical , network, and software security Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation Exposure in POS, ERP, Replenishment Tool, Shopify, CRM Retention Tool, Ticketing Engine, OMS Omni Channel Retail tools preferred. Systems and Network, Data Analysis, DevOps, Cloud Computing etc. Retail sector exposure is a must
