Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: End-to-end Contract Management: Drafting, Review, Negotiation, and Finalisation of various business and commercial contracts including but not limited to SAAS Agreements, Marketing Agreements, Sale and Purchase Agreements, lease deeds, etc. Drafting of other legal documents. IPR Management: Managing company IPR portfolio and ensuring brand protection through activities including filing and prosecution of trademarks/copyrights, conducting police raids on counterfeit, etc. Litigation Management: Drafting of legal Notices including cease-and-desist notices, consumer notices, etc. Managing litigation and ensuring the protection of the company's interest in any ongoing or potential litigation or dispute. Legal Advisory: Providing legal advice on a range of legal and regulatory issues in connection with corporate laws, commercial and contract law, intellectual property, licensing, corporate compliance, product liability, etc. Reviewing product packaging by. applicable laws. Responsible for providing pro-active, value-added, and practical legal advice and support to the business and the Company as and when required without delay. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate should be an independent, result-oriented, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. A law degree (LL.B/ integrated L.L.B) from a reputed law school is essential. He/she/they should be punctual, transparent, responsible, and able to take end-to-end accountability for their matters and out-of-the-box thinking approach. 4-5 years of experience in Cosmetics/Personal Care/FMCG & Law Firms Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles. Good presentation, writing and speaking skills Strategic thinker and creative marketer Result orientation and an entrepreneurial attitude with a high level of accountability and ownership
