You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, optimizing data storage and retrieval, and conducting data analysis to generate actionable insights for the business. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain data pipelines to ingest, transform, and store large volumes of financial data Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to ensure efficient and scalable data operations Perform data analysis and develop models to generate actionable insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide data solutions Design and implement data quality frameworks and ensure data accuracy and integrity Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and analytics Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in data engineering or data analysis Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, or Java Experience with data pipeline tools and frameworks, such as Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, or AWS Glue Proficiency in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is a plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and in a team Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus Benefits Competitive compensation High-impact mission-driven culture FTE employment opportunity at an early-stage Silicon Valley-based startup Comprehensive medical coverage Company-provided laptop
