Role Description The purpose of the position of RSCM is to support and enhance the performance of the sales team within a specific region. The primary focus of a regional sales coach is to provide guidance, training, and support to the SOs and ASMs in order to achieve sales targets, improve sales skills, and drive revenue growth. The position plays a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies (GTM), promoting consistent sales practices, and ensuring the successful execution of the. company's sales objectives at the regional level. Qualifications Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and sales capability building in a regional or national role. Track record of building and implementing sales training programs that have driven results. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Adept at working in a team and with a diverse group of stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
