Job Description:

• Good knowledge in DO-178B/C, Bonus - DO-254
• Managed at least 5 to 6 projects continuously for last 5+ years
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Strong Client Management with highly refined communication and presentation skills
• Exposure to project management practices and able to pro-actively drive through the Process improvements
• Should have managed projects in aerospace involving the control and setting of budgets, time scales and the tracking of these to successful conclusion.
• Experienced in Risk Management, having an understanding of the principles of risk and opportunity management, plus the using of mitigation strategies to minimize risk occurrence.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects according to customer needs and objectives
• Authoritative & confident leader. Planning and motivational skills.
• Should be an expert and mentor in Project Management Processes. Able to command respect of Project Managers internally and Peers externally.
