Job Description
Job Profile :- Market reach out to end customers (high net worth individuals), retailers, architect and interior designers meeting and calling / market scanning & leads generation and building relationship with all customers and influencers.
- Responsible for achieving monthly /annual sales targets.
- Responsible for collection of payments (accounts receivables) and other statutory forms like Form C & D etc.
- Adherence to the pricing policy and payment process.
- Project monitoring and coordination and ensuring closure of sales including site handover, customer feedback form and collection of final payment.
- One point contact for customer, managing customer relations, continuous information sharing on all aspects with clients and ensuring customer delight.
- Coordination ability with internal departments for ensuring timely response, execution and after sales service.
- Basic knowledge of architectural requirements, understanding of drawings with complete glass work assessment for interiors & exteriors related work.
- Recording and updating the data on new clients, architects, PMCs, interior designers etc. and working of competitors; sharing the same with Sales Head at defined frequency.
- Provide sales projections, do market research and gather market intelligence.
- Ensuring customer order is technically doable and is executed in terms of customer requirement.
- The position requires extensive travelling.
Required Candidate profile
- Must have basic computer literacy - knowledge of Microsoft Office -Excel, Word, Power Point Presentation.
- Good communication skills (in English), ability to make presentation to various customer segments.
- Good analytical and commercial skills.
