We are looking for a "Resource Manager - HR" for a leading financial group in Rajkot.

Role - Resource Manager - HR
Location - Rajkot

This will be a Business Partner - HR role and will be handling Saurashtra & Kutch territory.

Core job role will be
Recruitment Effectiveness - Meeting Recruitment Budgets (cost, timeliness & quality of hiring), E-Hiring
Exits - Attrition Management, Retention, Timely Exit of Non-Performers, Exit Interviews
Training - Sales & General Staff Induction, MT Induction
Managing Talent and developing them for role elevation
Driving performance and productivity along with business managers
Branch Visits - One on one meeting with employees, performance discussion, open house (8 to 10 visits a month)
Employee Relations - ***@Wo*k Programs, Town halls, grievance resolution , closure of issues
Performance & Productivity - Regional Performance Management, Sales Force Productivity
HR Operations Processes - Salary Coverage, Confirmations, Exit Kits
Preferred candidate with experience from Banking and Finance industry
Salary - Best in Industry
Education Qualification - Minimum Graduation
