Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a store supervisor at Bag World Trivandrum located in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The store supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing and training staff, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The store supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with upper management and following company policies and procedures. Qualifications Prior experience in a retail environment as a supervisor or similar position Demonstrated managerial skills in leading, supervising, and training staff Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and employees at all levels Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of inventory. management and point of sale (POS) systems Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
