Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Tawi Chemical Industries located in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations. The role includes, but is not limited to, handling employee grievances, managing employee engagement, recruitment and selection, induction and orientation, and execution of HR policies and procedures. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the HR Manager in various projects. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Human Resources Management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Understanding and awareness of labor laws. and regulations Experience in recruitment and selection, employee engagement, and performance management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree in Human Resources Management or MBA is a plus
