Responsibilities Support senior sales professionals in executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable MuleSoft solutions. Maintain and expand the companys database of prospects. within your assigned territory. Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity. Assist with the preparation of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Ensure follow-up with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, business needs, etc. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly. Report to the Manager with sales results. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field. A minimum of 3 years experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Experience in selling IT services or products, with knowledge of MuleSoft services being highly advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to persuade and communicate business value. Strong listening and presentation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High energy level with an assertive, confident attitude
