: To assist leadership with meaningful insights related to cabin crews key performance indicators Regular monitoring of various performance criteria in a periodic manner and Identify the Root cause analysis Responsible to analyse and maintain NPS database, identifying various aspects related to Inflight services, reporting the trends at weekly and monthly basis Management of cabin crew compliance with efficient reporting and internal stakeholder management Responsible to maintain and track operational updates relevant to various verticals within inflight services Effective written and verbal communication skills needed as this position requires direct touch-base with all key stakeholders Requirements: Qualification: Graduate Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in.
