This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Customer Care Professional. The Customer Care Professional is responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat, providing product and service information, and identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
• Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues through effective problem-solving skills
• Experience with customer service and support, including knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based applications, and email
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
