The responsibilities include sourcing, identifying, and interviewing suitable candidates for the company's IT positions. The HR Recruiter for IT Recruitment will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and pipeline as well as ensuring a positive candidate experience. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills 2+ years of relevant experience in IT recruitment or staffing industry Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and.
