Job Description

Human Resource

• Making MIS Reports (Manpower, Attendance, Salary, Personal file, Appraisal data, Performance, )
• Maintained to Joining and Left formalities, exit interview form.
• Induction and orientation schedule for new employees.
• Maintained to training Calendar and Making Schedule for training. (On the job training, SDP training, Technical Training, Quality Training, code of conduct training etc.)
• Compensation and Benefit. (E.g. EPF, ESIC, Leave, Bonus, Gratuity and Welfare)
• Implementation of Appraisal system, Suggestion Scheme, Award & reward process, Absenteeism Control, Performance award and Over time control in plant.

Personnel

• Supervision of Personal Files, Appraisal works etc.
• Supervision of Salary/Wages for all the employees.
• Arrange data and time schedule for Award and reward programmed for motivation to Staffs or Workers.
• Labor Management in the factory, Disciplinary proceedings, Maintenance of records and compliance under various statutory agencies such as factory Insp., labour office, ESI, PF, labour Welfare etc.
• Supervision of Attendance Record, Leave Record etc.
• Arrange Incentive date and provide to employees as per his performance.
• Maintain to Payroll with verification of Attendance

Health and Safety

• Implementation and maintained to ESH and daily update to all area.
• Looking after all the issues related to ESH
• Provide training for work committee, Canteen and Health & Safety.
• Maintained to all health and safety point.
