Compensation and Benefit. (E.g. EPF, ESIC, Leave, Bonus, Gratuity and Welfare)
Implementation of Appraisal system, Suggestion Scheme, Award & reward process, Absenteeism Control, Performance award and Over time control in plant.
Personnel
Supervision of Personal Files, Appraisal works etc.
Supervision of Salary/Wages for all the employees.
Arrange data and time schedule for Award and reward programmed for motivation to Staffs or Workers.
Labor Management in the factory, Disciplinary proceedings, Maintenance of records and compliance under various statutory agencies such as factory Insp., labour office, ESI, PF, labour Welfare etc.
