Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Business Development Manager. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new sales leads, maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients, and creating strategic partnerships that enhance Shimira's market presence. The Senior Business Development Manager will also create and maintain a marketing plan, manage the sales pipeline, and attend conferences and events to represent Shimira. Qualifications Excellent communication, presentation, and. negotiation skills Ability to understand and analyze market trends and customer needs Strong networking and relationship-building skills Experience in creating sales strategies and executing them efficiently Experience in customer relationship management and retention Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and work independently Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 5+ years of experience in business development within the technology industry Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
