Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad, with a focus on sales in the Solar EPC space. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business and maintaining existing client relationships, as well as providing technical support to customers during the sales process. The Sales Manager will work. closely with the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery and timely execution of projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in the Solar Energy/EPC industry with a proven track record of sales and business development Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Solid technical knowledge of solar energy products and systems, as well as electrical design and engineering principles Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM software, and other related tools Ability to work independently and in a team environment
