Urgently Hiring Branch Manager For Leading Life Insurance Company - Pune

Designation - Branch Manager - Agency Channel
Location - Pune
Salary - Upto 10 Lacs

Preferred candidate profile
A graduate should have a minimum of 7-12 years of experience in the Life Insurance domain.
Candidates should be from Life Insurance, Agency channel with average stability of 3 years.
Should have local market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizations

Role & responsibilities

1. Revenue targets of the unit
2. Productivity of the unit
3. Adherence to Customer service standards
4. Achieve revenue targets
5. Supervise the activity plan of Sales
6. Ensure that all Sales Managers and Agents under supervision perform as per the company's rules and regulations
7. Identify, interview and select new Sales Managers from natural market and by networking
8. Ensure adherence to laid down sales and service standards for Sales Managers
9. Conduct weekly performance review and planning (PRP) for Sales Managers
10. Ensure retention of Sales Managers by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis
11. Build leadership pipeline of future SMs & ABM from the unit.
