: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate SME Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team. As a SME Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our SME business. You should have excellent English language skills, in-depth knowledge of Fire, Group Medical, Medical, Liability and other similar insurance products, and a proven track record in sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. Responsibilities: Proactively generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide expert guidance to potential Corporate regarding suitable SME insurance options. Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Build and maintain strong. relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional SME insurance products and services to existing clients. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors" offerings to effectively position our insurance products. Collaborate with the Lead generation team to achieve individual sales targets. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in SME insurance sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive knowledge of SME insurance products, including different coverage options, policies, and regulations. Proven ability to generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and close deals effectively. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Results-oriented mindset, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales goals. Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems is preferred. Possess relevant certifications or licenses in health insurance sales (if required by local regulations).
