Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Consultant based in Greater Delhi Area. The Training Consultant will be responsible for developing and delivering quality training and development programs for our clients across the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense industries. The Training Consultant will work collaboratively with clients to assess their needs and design programs that address those needs. The Training Consultant will also be responsible for consulting with clients on training and development needs and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications Training & Development and Consulting skills Exceptional communication and customer service skills Proven experience creating and facilitating effective training programs Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work collaboratively with clients and adapt to changing needs Knowledge of aviation, aerospace, and defense industries Bachelors degree in Training & Development, HR, or related field Experience in training delivery and facilitation
