Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Delhi Area for a Zonal Training Manager. The Training Manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing and developing training needs of employees, implementing training and development plans, and managing the training process end-to-end. The Training Manager will also be responsible for developing training modules and assessments to. evaluate training effectiveness and to continuously improve employee performance. Responsible for delivery of training to the distributors and stakeholders Training (AMFI and domain) for agents and RMs across the assigned zone. Key responsibilities Responsible for establishing and implementing training mechanisms for the distributors & channel partners. Responsible for Delivery of Training programs across various locations in the assigned region for the channel partners. Planning and implementing interventions to strengthen alignment of organizational objectives and training delivery. Responsible for empanelment of external trainers/ agencies for conducting exams/other courses. Develop training material and modules. Qualifications Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze training needs and develop training plans and programs Experience in designing and delivering training sessions and assessments Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field Experience in the recruitment or education industry is a plus Ability to conduct training sessions in both English and Hindi is a plus Salary upto 13LPA CTC (Cost To Company) For a seamless job search experience, visit: https://bit.ly/3QBfBU2
