Job description Responsible for Sea(70%),Air(30%) Freight Import & Export Overseas / Agent Coordination Good knowledge for documentation and freight forwarding process. Knowledge about the Invoicing (Billing) and costing. Coordinate with Pan India Vendors for Import & Export Shipments. Shipment Tracking and Follow Up, Customs Clearance and delivery of the Cargo at the right time. Follow-up of Urgent Shipments with Origin and other related agencies. Handling all Import disturbances at IGI Cargo Complex Checking debit / credit note of Oversees agent. . Preparing DSR and Monthly report of the shipments Primary Responsibilities: Shipment Management Customs Duty Clearance Strong Agent Network Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: 1,000,000.00 - 1,500,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Gurgaon, Haryana (Required) Ability to Relocate: Gurgaon, Haryana.
