Job Description

: As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the overall human resources function in the company. This includes providing support in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the company's HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Support recruitment efforts by sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting. reference checks Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees Provide support in the administration of employee benefits and leave of absence requests Assist with employee relations issues, such as addressing employee complaints or concerns Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, and wage & hour laws Provide support in the administration of performance management and employee development programs Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases Assist in the planning and execution of employee events and activities Provide general administrative support as needed Technical Competency Requirements: Knowledge of HR principles and practices Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations and the acts. Experience with HRIS systems Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office esp advanced excel. Behavioral Competency Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask Proven ability to maintain confidentiality Strong problem-solving skills Proven ability to work well in a team environment Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 1-2 years of experience in an HR role Strong understanding of HR principles and practices and relevant laws and regulations. Male Candidates Required.
