Hiring for HR Associate / HR Consultant / Recruitment Executive / Talent Acquisition specialist

Location Mumbai Kandivali East

Job description:

• Managing end-to-end Recruitment & Selection process across levels and functions PAN India
• sourcing and screening for Mid to senior level mandates
• Expertise into IT or Non IT recruitment is welcome
• Able to search profiles in Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, Times or Headhunting using Social Media, LinkedIn etc
• Conduct initial screening of the candidates as per the job description to check for their experience, communication skills, expected salary, intent, background
• Coordinate with candidates, maintain their interest levels on the job and ensure candidate joins client organization
• Regularly maintain MIS & database trackers such that data is readily available and can be used regularly
