Job Description Complete Knowledge of SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint 2019. Basic Knowledge of SharePoint Online. Mandatory to have knowledge on Nintex Forms and Workflows. Knowledge of SharePoint Designer Workflows. Effective and clear communication. Experience in production support particularly in finance domain is preferred. Domain knowledge is preferable not mandatory. Open to learn new skills and ability to adapt quickly to changes. Knowledge regarding Incident management, change management is preferred. To co-ordinate and work with Development and SharePoint Admin teams in case of issues. Smoke Testing on Weekends Critical INCs handling and managing calls with different stake. holders.
