The NOC Manager will be responsible for managing the Network Operations Center (NOC) and ensuring uninterrupted network availability. The NOC Manager will oversee and manage network administration, troubleshooting, technical support, and computer network operations. This role will be located in Pune, with. flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Experience in Techno-Managing Network Operations Center (NOC) this role requires someone with expertise in Technical support as well Proficient in network administration and troubleshooting Excellent technical support and computer network operations skills Strong project management and teamwork skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Experience with Cisco routers and Switches, load balancing, Fortiage Firewalls, Palo Alto. Certifications in Networking, Cisco, CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications are a plus Experience with virtual environments and public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is a plus
