Asst. Manager/ Deputy Manager (Finishing)

Job description
Role & responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall Finishing Activities at site.
• Should have exposure to high end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works and MEP Works.
• Coordination with consultants, client and site engineers.
• Coordination with site representatives of services team and finishing agencies.
• Progress tracking of various works and quality checking of works done.
• Must be capable of leading team of Engineers, foremen, charge hands and worker and handle assigned tasks independently.
• To ensure compliance with safety manual and safety action plan specific to the project.
• To ensure compliance with quality specification and ISO Procedures.

Preferred candidate profile :

1. B.E. /B.Tech (Civil) with 10 to 15 years of experience.

2. Should have handled Hi-End Residential/ IT Parks & Interior fit out projects.

3. Expertise in all types of Finishing works for various type of buildings.
