Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY Monitor and work closely with the Accounting team on the compliances with respect totaxes e.g., Income Tax. Monitor and work closely with the Accounting team on compliance with respect to GoodsService Tax Act. Study the impact of commercials (cost and revenue) agreements with respect to point 1 and 2 above. Independently manage and work on the preparation and presentation of the SBU wisestatements on monthly basis and the related MIS. Coordinate with auditors for Financial, ICFR, Tax audits and related work. Manage the indirect cost accounting monitoring and approvals. Month close activity, preparation of schedules, variance analysis of the results on MOM and YTD basis. Maintain internal controls and monitor the process and work on process improvements ICFR perspective. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Soft skills The ideal candidate must possess the following soft skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, power point, any ERP software. experience) Process Improvements Time Management Team Management Attention to Detail Multitasking Verbal & written communication Behavior The ideal candidate possesses leadership capabilities, solid operational and technical accounting background and works proactively to drive results.
