Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mainframe Admin, located in Pune and Bengalore with flexibility for some remote work. The Mainframe Admin will be responsible for managing the mainframe environment, including technical support, software installation and configuration, performance monitoring and tuning, data backup and recovery, and security administration. The Mainframe Admin will also collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of the infrastructure and systems. Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Analytical Skills and Adminstrative Assistance skills Knowledge of Finance Experience with mainframe hardware, software, and networking technologies Proficient in installation, configuration, and maintenance of mainframe software and hardware Ability to monitor and tune performance, identify and resolve technical issues Experience with security administration, data backup, and disaster recovery Bachelor's degree in. Computer Science or related field IBM Certified System Administrator - z/OS or equivalent certification is preferred Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
