Role & responsibilities

Position: Planning Engineer
Project Type: Transmission Line/ Substation
Location: Rajasthan, West Bengal, and Bihar sites of TL/SS
Experience: Min. 10 years of post qualification experience
Qualification: B.Tech. /B.E./ (Electrical)_For Substation
B.Tech. /B.E./ (Civil)_For Transmission Line

Brief Role Description:

• Candidate should be familiar with PRIMAVERA. Client reviews the progress through S-Curve apart from DPR & MPR.
• Should have good planning knowledge for TL/OR Substation works
• Required commercial knowledge
• Preparation of customer invoices, material planning, interface planning, and project scheduling
• Resource planning to meet scheduled targets.
• Attending Weekly Meeting with Client, Pending Issues which are affecting to Project schedule and Maintain Pending Input- Output Control Sheet with Due Dates Religiously Controlling and Preparing Minutes of Meeting (MOM) with subcontractors, Client or internal
• Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports
• Monitor project progress and advise project team on interfaces, clashes, constraints, delay and risks
• Preparation of Planned Financial S Curve, Actual Financial S Curve.
• Preparation of Projects Schedule as Project Contract Duration with Narrative Statement.
• Create Sequence Activity and Work Breakdown Structure.
• Preparation of Physical Work Progress Monitoring and Controlling.
• Preparation of Client Bills and necessary follow-ups with Clients
• Primavera Schedule to Integration with BIM.
