The Branch Head will be responsible for managing the overall functioning of the branch, handling operational and administrative tasks, achieving sales targets of the branch, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Branch Head will also be responsible for recruiting and managing the team members. Qualifications Strong leadership and management. skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the insurance/financial sector Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively Experience in sales and achieving targets Strong organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in customer service, marketing, and operations management, a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field, and fluency in regional languages
