Job Description
****A CHANCE TO BE A PART OF AN INTERNATIONAL NGO****
We are looking for Experienced fundraiser who can be a mentor for our F2F Fundraising team. Their role would be raising fund by engaging people in conversations in public places like malls, corporate, etcalong with leading a team of fundraisers.
- To lead a designated team of fundraising executives to generate funds for WWF India from individual donors.
- Accountable for handling minimum 4 team-mates/ subordinates.
- Any other task that may be reasonably requested by the organization.
- Collaborate with Outreach officer and approach corporates seeking permissions to put up kiosks and solicit donations from employees.
- Managing, developing and coaching the fund raising executives for meeting desired targets.
- Lead the site operations for raising fund from existing sources and identify potential funding opportunities
- Skills:
- Should have good command over the communication.
- Good convincing skill
- Be willing to travel and work on field.
- Capable of engaging people in interesting conversations.
- Min. 2+ years of exp into Fundraising as well as team handling
